Privacy and cookies notice

This notice concerns browsing on the public pages of ManoryHub, voluntary newsletter subscriptions, technical tools and optional Google Analytics 4 statistics. It is provided under Articles 12 and 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian cookie rules.

Last updated: 26 October 2026.

1. Data controller

DaSCoS di Daniele Stefano Continenza, sole proprietorship, VAT number IT01296270091. Registered office: Via Provinciale 21, 17027 Giustenice (SV), Italy. Privacy enquiries: daniele@dascos.info. Certified email (PEC): dascos@pec.it. Website: www.dascos.info.

2. Personal data collected and purposes

Technical browsing information

The server and website security systems may process IP addresses, request date and time, requested URLs, response codes, basic browser information and technical access data. They are used to deliver the site, ensure security, prevent abuse and diagnose malfunctions. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service (Article 6(1)(f), GDPR), in addition to any applicable legal obligations.

Technical logs are retained according to operational and security needs and may be kept longer where necessary to investigate incidents, abuse or protect legal rights. Information about the actual retention periods applied to logging systems can be requested from the controller.

Voluntary contact requests

If you contact the controller by email or certified email, your address, message and any other data you choose to provide are processed to respond and manage related communications. Depending on the request, the legal basis is pre-contractual measures or performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)), or the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)), without prejudice to legal obligations.

Voluntary ManoryHub updates subscription

If you request project updates, your email address is processed to send information about ManoryHub, beta availability and related news. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a), GDPR). Subscribing is not necessary to browse the website or access public features.

Subscriptions are handled by a separate phpList installation at news.manoryhub.com. You must confirm your address using a link sent by email (double opt-in); you should not receive periodic list messages until confirmation. The system may retain technical data about requests and confirmations to document choices and manage abuse.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or by contacting the controller. Subscribing does not itself copy your address into the database of properties or ManoryHub user accounts. Evidence of consent and backups may be retained according to applicable requirements and protection needs; the controller can provide further details.

Optional statistics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after explicit consent to measure visits to public pages, campaign sources (such as links from Facebook) and selected public-link clicks. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a), GDPR, and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

The ManoryHub integration is designed not to include family names, documents, property addresses or private operation identifiers in custom events. Google Analytics is not intentionally installed on private application pages.

3. Cookies and local storage

Necessary technical tools

The application may use session cookies or other tools strictly needed for authentication, security and requested operations. These do not require the consent applicable to optional statistics.

Recording your choice

Your statistics preference is stored in the browser using localStorage, under the key mh_ga4_consent_v1, for a maximum intended duration of 180 days. This respects your choice without showing the banner on every visit.

Google Analytics 4 (only after acceptance)

When authorised, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, to distinguish visits and produce statistics. The website configuration provides for cookie duration of up to 180 days, subject to browser limits or changes to the service.

This integration is for statistics only: advertising signals and ad personalisation are not enabled. It uses basic consent mode: the Google tag is not loaded before acceptance.

4. Recipients and transfers

Technical data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers supporting the website under applicable agreements. With consent to statistics, data may be sent to Google, the provider of Google Analytics 4. Processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area take place under the safeguards and contractual mechanisms applicable to the service. Further details can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics information about European user data.

5. Retention periods

  • Newsletter: until withdrawal or unsubscribe; consent evidence and backups according to applicable technical and legal retention requirements.
  • Cookie choice: up to 180 days in the browser’s local storage.
  • GA4 cookies: configured duration up to 180 days.
  • GA4 user/event data: ManoryHub intends a two-month retention setting; the controller must maintain this setting in Analytics. Standard aggregate reports may follow different service-defined rules.
  • Technical logs and correspondence: as long as necessary for technical, security and request-management purposes, or longer where required by law or to protect rights.

6. Accepting, refusing or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, when optional statistics are enabled, you can choose “Accept statistics” or “Reject”. Refusal does not restrict access to public pages or service functionality.

You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie preferences” control in the public-page footer. If you withdraw consent, ManoryHub stops sending the events provided by this integration and attempts to delete first-party Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

7. Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability; you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent to statistics at any time.

Contact daniele@dascos.info or dascos@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Scope of this notice

This page describes browsing data and statistics processing for ManoryHub public pages. It does not replace the full privacy notice covering registrations, accounts, documents, properties and other activities in the restricted area, which requires dedicated information before the service becomes generally available.

If tools, purposes or data recipients change, this notice will be updated with a revised date.
